Peggy, Shaun, and their team did an outstanding job helping us to purchase our dream home. Peggy Bruce is professional, smart, and energetic. I was never inconvenienced, they worked around my schedule and I never had any doubt they would sell my unit for a price I was comfortable with. The McCarthy Group did an outstanding job selling my home in Terrytown, LA. From getting the clients to the property to their electronic signing, my experience was off the charts. I left for a Seattle vacation on a Tuesday and the house was open for viewing Friday of that week which drew 4 buyers in 2 days. By Monday a bidding war was on and by the time I was on my flight back to New Orleans from Seattle, an agreement was signed getting me $9,000 more than I expected. It closed 3 weeks later. The emails I received while on vacation were something you can only imagine in a dream. These people SELL HOMES. My stepson, who recommended the McCarthy Group to me had a property in Harahan for sale for over 2 years with another agent. After contacting the McCarthy Group his property closed within 2 months. I am a "hard to get a compliment from" person but when I get EXCELLENT and PERSONAL service from a company or individual I let people know. They did extras such as give me approximate values of other properties I am involved with and work very quickly on GETTING THINGS DONE. They are also very courteous and patient to make sure you, the client, understand what is going on.
