SHAUN McCARTHY – Principal, Broker, Licensed Realtor, Listing Agent

Shaun McCarthy, a lifelong resident of New Orleans, has built a successful career in Real Estate over the last 30 years. The consummate salesman, Shaun has a reputation of savvy negotiations and a pro-active plan to help buyers, sellers and investors reach their goals. He epitomizes passion, hard work, energy, and creativity in all aspects of the Real Estate transaction. Shaun is exceptionally well respected for his track record in Real Estate, his ethical standards and his uncompromised integrity. He does absolutely everything in his power to ensure his clients achieve a successful transaction. Shaun has been trained and inspired by some of the best minds in the Real Estate industry. He uses that knowledge to lead, train and motivate his group. On the rare occasion when Shaun is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, reading and fishing!


PAIGE McCARTHY – Principal, Licensed Realtor, Director of Operations

Paige McCarthy has been partnered with Shaun McCarthy for over 25 years; first and foremost, as Shaun’s better half and wife! She obtained her license in 2011 to play a larger and more integral part of McCarthy Group Realtors. Paige is committed to her client’s success and uses honesty, sincerity and sensitivity to meet her client’s needs. Paige is a graduate of University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Hospitality Management. She contributes her prior years in the service industry to her success in real estate. Paige enjoys playing tennis, running and spending time with her family.


PEGGY KING BRUCE – Licensed Realtor, Listing Agent

A New Orleans native, Peggy Bruce brings more than 35 years of sales experience to McCarthy Group Realtors. Spending much of her career in advertising sales with New Orleans CityBusiness as a top producer, Peggy possesses a true understanding of the sales process. Peggy joined the McCarthy Group in 2013 and focuses much of her energy on business development and bringing in listings for McCarthy Group Realtors. Peggy has earned a reputation for integrity, excellent follow through, and unsurpassed customer service. She is extremely goal oriented and has a positive nature. She graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. Peggy enjoys spending time with her family, working in the garden, photography and seeing live music!


STEPHANIE ARGRAVE – Licensed Realtor, Listing Manager

Stephanie Argrave is a native of New Orleans. She has been a licensed Realtor since 2002, and has worked with the McCarthy Group since 2003. Specializing in Residential Real Estate throughout the Greater New Orleans area, Stephanie is a dedicated worker and is passionate about the needs of her clients. She is skilled and has been trained in applying her expertise and market knowledge for residential, multi-family, condominium and vacant land, negotiating throughout every step of the home buying and selling process. Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking and gardening in her free time.


JENNIFER LEMOINE – Licensed Realtor, Transactions Manager

Jennifer Lemoine has been involved in buying and selling homes with Shaun McCarthy and for over 25 years. Prior to her real estate career, Jennifer was an investor, flipping homes in the uptown market. Due to this previous experience, Jennifer’s transition into the real estate industry gives her firsthand knowledge and enables her to understand and negotiate all phases of buying and selling, including the inspection period. Jennifer applies her years of professional experience and vast knowledge of the New Orleans market to help clients navigate the complex process of buying or selling a home, positioning them for a successful transaction. The longevity and experience she has within the industry has helped her build solid relationships with her clients as well as other Realtors, helpful to both buyers and sellers. Jennifer commits to first class representation and has the experience and skill set to negotiate residential, new construction, vacant land or commercial properties to suit any real estate need. When not working, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, kayaking and spoiling her pets which include a dog and two birds!


TRACY MASON – Licensed Realtor, Buyer Coordinator

Tracy Mason began her close relationship with the McCarthy Group as one of their best clients! She was born and raised in New Orleans, only leaving for college at the University of Mississippi and 3 years post college working in retirement plan administration in Atlanta, GA. Tracy worked for 9 years then took time off to raise her children. After purchasing and selling several homes for her family, always returning to the McCarthy Group to represent her family, she knew where her future career calling was. Tracy specializes in working with active buyers for the McCarthy Group. She enjoys helping her clients achieve their goals, as it relates to finding a new home. Tracy brings experience and compassion to the table, always striving to protect the asset of the person she is representing. When she’s not working, Tracy enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, watching sports, shopping and traveling.


TYLER FREDERICK – Licensed Realtor

Tyler Frederick, although not a native of New Orleans, is excited to call this great, new city his home. Tyler is a graduate from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. Tyler has recently taken on the role as Office Manager for McCarthy Group Realtors. With his degree in Business Administration, his organizational skills, technology skills and attention to detail, it has been a smooth transition for the group. Tyler’s dedication, passion, and work ethic allows him to surpass his clients’ expectations. He has always been intrigued in Real Estate and looks forward to building a successful career. In his free time, Tyler enjoys watching sports, traveling, playing golf, and spending time with his friends and, most importantly, family.
