Agent See made my buying experience the least stressful experience in my life. He made sure I was always sure and knew every detail I needed to before deciding if I was sure. Once I was sure he did everything in his power to get me the best deal possible. He is very skilled in his knowledge of negotiating and best approaches. Through this process I felt like I gained a trusted friend who was always there and answered my calls and concerns whenever needed.

I couldn't have prayed to a higher power for a process better than what I experienced. Communication is key when making big decisions such as home buying and See did a great job of not only communicating, but advising as well as educating in areas that were unfamiliar to me! Finding a home (for me) was a lengthy process, but See never forced me to make a decision that I was uncomfortable with. See kept me motivated throughout the process and it was he who found the house that I ultimately purchased. This will not be my last transaction with Mr. Santoke!
