I highly recommend McCarthy Group Realtors, and in particular Shaun McCarthy and Peggy Bruce. When Shaun first contacted me about my listing, I was not ready to sell, so I asked him to call me back in 6 months. Shaun was not pushy and promised to touch base with me when I was ready. Six months to the day of that conversation, Shaun contacted me and set up a meeting with me, himself and Peggy Bruce. They diligently researched the comp listings and we mutually agreed upon the asking price. Once it was listed, they didn’t just simply place a sign in my yard, they actively marketed my property, contacting potential buyers that were already pre-approved and wanting a home that fit my home’s specifications. My home was on the market approximately 4 hours before I received my first offer! Peggy kept me informed weekly on the status of getting to closing day. She took care of all meetings with inspection companies, contractors, pest control specialists, title companies, etc. They truly earned every penny of the reasonable commission that they charged. They were a complete pleasure to work with.
