Our Step-by-Step Plan on What to Expect

Pre Launch

  1. Advise and suggest any changes you may want to make to prepare the house for sale and to make the property more salable.
  2. Develop a list of features and benefits of your house for us to market your property to potential buyers and agents with buyers.
  3. Email the property flyer to the Top 100 agents in the marketplace for their potential buyers.
  4. Submit your house to our local Multiple List Service (MLS), which also includes many syndicated sites such as Realtor.com, Zillow, and Trulia.
  5. Price your house competitively to open the market versus narrowing the market.
  6. Prospect for buyers as per our daily schedule.
  7. Promote your house at our weekly sales meeting.
  8. Market your house on our social media platforms.
  9. Contact our buyer leads, past clients, and sphere of influence for prospective buyers.
  10. Add additional exposure through installing a professional sign and MLS lockbox.
  11. When available, schedule a Broker tour of the home.

Ongoing Efforts

  1. Use reverse prospecting to contact the agents who have buyers where your property has turned up in a search.
  2. Continue to prospect for buyers.
  3. Communicate with you weekly via phone call.
  4. Monitor current market conditions and update you every Wednesday morning, via email, on any changes within the marketplace relating to your competition.
  5. Follow up with anyone that sees the house for specific feedback and interest. What did they like, dislike, and what they would pay for the property.
  6. Represent you on all offers presented to ensure you are negotiating the best possible price and terms for your goals.
  7. Handle all the follow-up on a contract being accepted – all mortgage, title, and other closing procedures.
  8. Deliver a check to you at closing.
